Boulder Commons Commercial & New Residential
An exciting new commercial real estate project is coming to life in Boulder Junction that promises to completely redefine what it means to align community and commercial spaces, to pleasantly blur the lines between work and the rest of your life, and deliver unsurpassed sustainability and thoughtful amenities without compromising either. Boulder Commons consists of two commercial buildings totaling roughly 100,000 square feet. The new development will offer professional office space, a restaurant, a coffee shop and “flex” space that functions as community gathering space. Capitalizing on solar power, natural light on all sides, innovative, energy efficient design, and a near Net Zero footprint, Boulder Commons is on track to be the most environmentally sustainable building in all of Boulder County. Directly to the north of the Boulder Commons project is 3200 Bluff Street. A new development here will be split into adjacent commercial and residential buildings, each with a third floor roof deck, and will also feature ground-level retail/restaurant and outdoor plaza space. The north wing of the building will house 38 high-end market rate residential units, while the south wing of the building will house the commercial office space. Like the neighboring Boulder Commons, this project will aim for a Net-Zero footprint.
