Wild Sage Cohousing

Wild Sage Cohousing

A unique cohousing community, founded in 2006, with 40% permanently affordable units in the Holiday Neighborhood. Cohousing is a sustain-able approach to housing in which families share resources and time to generate a better life. By design, the sharing of resources creates a much more sustainable framework than traditional housing. Residents can take advantage of the many social activities on the large common lawn and common house, including community meals, holiday celebrations, books clubs, crafts, gardening, and community projects.

These communities are located in an extremely walk-able neighborhood. Shops and cafes are close by as well as two major bus routes. Children are able to walk to school and the open space saved by smaller housing units provides ample area to play outside.
