Green Home A
Red Oak Park
Red Oak Park (formerly Boulder Mobile Manor) is an affordable housing infill redevelopment that replaces the site’s deteriorating mobile homes with 59 new single family, duplex, and triplex rental homes, infrastructure, and site amenities. Boulder Housing Partners won a 2012 Global Award for Excellence in Real Estate Design and Development from the Urban Land Institute for the Red Oak Park development. Former residents of this site were relocated, but many will return.
The families on Boulder Affordable Rentals waitlist will occupy the remaining homes in Red Oak Park. All rental units will be 100% affordable, and City of Boulder residents earning up to 50% of the Area Median Income will be eligible to apply to rent at this site through the Boulder Affordable Rentals program at BHP. All rents will be approximately 20 to 50% less than similar units in Boulder. Past Boulder Mobile Manor residents, neighbors of the site, and the greater community were all involved in planning Red Oak Park’s redevelopment.
